1. Booking and Payment
- Initial Booking Token: A non-refundable token payment of INR 1000 is required to initiate the booking process.
- Booking Confirmation: After receiving the token, we will proceed with reserving accommodations and services in your chosen hotels. Upon receiving confirmation from the hotels we will provide you with a final booking confirmation voucher.
- Advance Payment: Upon receiving the confirmation voucher, you will need to pay 50% of the total package amount, which includes the initial token payment.
- Remaining Balance: The remaining balance of the package amount is due on the 2nd day of your tour upon your arrival in Kashmir.
- Failure to pay the balance within the stipulated time may result in cancellation of the booking or company will strictly stop all the services which they are giving you.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or other official communication.
- Cancellation charges will apply as follows:
More than 30 days before travel: 20% of total package cost.
- 15-30 days before travel: 50% of total package cost.
- Less than 15 days before travel: 100% of total package cost.
- Note : Above 3* Hotels we are following the hotel cancellation policies which we booked for you.
- 2.3. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15 business days of the cancellation request.
3. Changes to Itinerary
- Fine Fare Holidays reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, political issues, or operational challenges.
- Any additional costs incurred due to changes made at the client’s request will be borne by the client.
4. Travel Documents
- It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have valid travel documents, including Adhaar Card , Pan Card , Voter Id , passports, visas, and permits, where applicable.
- Fine Fare Holidays will not be responsible for any travel disruptions due to incomplete or invalid documentation.
5. Liability
- Fine Fare Holidays acts as an agent for airlines, transport companies, hotels, and other service providers and will not be held liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, or unforeseen incidents caused by these third parties.
- The client assumes full responsibility for personal belongings and valuables during the trip.
7. Code of Conduct
- Clients are expected to adhere to local laws and cultural sensitivities during the trip.
- Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in termination of services without refund.
8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
- Any complaints during the trip must be reported immediately to the Fine Fare Holidays representative for prompt resolution & no complaints will be entertained after leaving the complaint site.
- Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of Srinagar and subject to jurisdiction in Srinagar.
